The former 2,800 SF Orrstown Bank branch building at 1725 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg has been sold. The Buyer, Skyline Linglestown, LLC, purchased the property for $920,000 and intends to use it as an investment. The Seller, Orrstown Bank, was represented Art Campbell and Skyline Linglestown, LLC, was represented by Larry Kostelac, both of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc.

Monica was previously an Event Coordinator for 3 years before joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the Director of Business and Marketing in 2021. Her extensive background in hospitality and marketing in Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley and the Pocono Mountains allowed for an easy transition into the commercial real estate industry. She oversees business coordination and all the company’s marketing strategies and brand awareness.
In 2016 she earned her Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University. She continues her creativity outside the office with hand-lettering designs and projects.

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006.
Jessica is a former Co-Chair of Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s Chamber Businesswomen, a past President of the Paxtonia Elementary School PTA, and a current member of several real estate affiliations, including
Jessica has received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award multiple times. In 2017, Jessica was the only woman in the Philadelphia region, which includes Harrisburg, to receive the honor that year for Office leasing transactions.
