National Fitness Partners opens another Planet Fitness in Central PA with CCRE.
National Fitness Partners has leased over 17,940 SF at 1605 S Market Street, Elizabethtown. The vacant space was previously a Kmart. This Planet Fitness location adds to the growing portfolio of National Fitness Partners, which owns and operates over 136 locations nationwide.

Monica was previously an Event Coordinator for 3 years before joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the Director of Business and Marketing in 2021. Her extensive background in hospitality and marketing in Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley and the Pocono Mountains allowed for an easy transition into the commercial real estate industry. She oversees business coordination and all the company’s marketing strategies and brand awareness.
In 2016 she earned her Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University. She continues her creativity outside the office with hand-lettering designs and projects.

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006.
Jessica is a former Co-Chair of Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s Chamber Businesswomen, a past President of the Paxtonia Elementary School PTA, and a current member of several real estate affiliations, including
