Growing up in South Central Pennsylvania, Mandi studied communications and public relations at Susquehanna University. 

Prior to joining Campbell Commercial Partners in 2025, Mandi built an expertise in internet marketing for multiple industries including construction/heavy machinery, residential real estate, B2C sales, and consulting. With a strong passion for building meaningful connections, Mandi thrives on using her communication skills to simplify and enhance the lives of others. 

Outside of work, Mandi enjoys spending time with family and indulging in her love of baking.

Tyler is a proud lifelong native of central Pennsylvania, graduating from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High then studying business and hospitality management at Pennsylvania State University’s Harrisburg Campus. He acquired his real estate license in 2021 and excelled in both residential and commercial real estate while finding his niche in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to real estate, Tyler had an extensive background in multiple industries including B2B sales, logistics, and high-end culinary sales. Tyler brings a tenacious motivation for productivity while never sacrificing client success, satisfaction and understanding.

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006.

Jessica is a former Co-Chair of Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s Chamber Businesswomen, a past President of the Paxtonia Elementary School PTA, and a current member of several real estate affiliations, including

Jessica has received the prestigious CoStar Power Broker Award multiple times. In 2017, Jessica was the only woman in the Philadelphia region, which includes Harrisburg, to receive the honor that year for Office leasing transactions.

Jessica also ran a record-setting campaign in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. She is an active member of the Salvation Army Harrisburg’s Women Auxiliary Group – WIN Women Involved.

Larry obtained his Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2013 and has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate since then.

Larry has been serving as the assistant head coach for the Trinity Boys High School Basketball team for the past 17 years.

When Larry is not working or coaching, he spends time with his wife Becki and four kids Carter, Brooklyn, Madison, and Lawrence.

Art received his Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University, where he was President of the Schuylkill Campus Student Government Association. He is a licensed Real Estate broker with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Instructor for PA Real Estate License Credits.

After completing several years of property management and development of multi-family projects, Art Campbell founded Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the President, and Broker in 1984. In 2022 Central Penn Business Journal named Campbell Commercial as one of the Fastest Growing Companies.
