Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. facilitates the sale of office building in Lower Allen Township.
Indie Realty Holdings, LLC has purchased 3130 Morningside Dr, Camp Hill for $700,000 from Letort Group, LLC. The 5,875 +/- square foot office building was the original building for LeTort Trust, an independent trust company founded in 2002. LeTort Trust saw a need for a larger space in recent years, and purchased a 10,000 square foot building at 900 Bent Creek Boulevard, Mechanicsburg where they relocated in December, 2023.
The Morningside building will be the new home for Dustin O’Brien with Edward Jones Investments. The current office of Edward Jones will be moving from their current Wesley Drive location in February 2024.
