  • Largest Office Lease – 4600 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA

West Shore Home continues to advance their national operations footprint and support team by opening a second headquarters. Plans are in place for three phases of renovation at the 67,000 SF office building located at 4600 Westport Drive, Mechanicsburg. Phase one is compete, as the company’s call center is currently in operation and provides customer assistance nationally. The next two phases of renovation are to support the IT department and human resources department. By expanding a second headquarters, West Shore Home anticipates adding another 300 jobs to the supporting departments.

West Shore Home now operates in 17 states nationwide with 35 branches and counting. The first national headquarters is a 55,000 SF office building located on 3 Crossgates Drive, Mechanicsburg, and opened in 2021 with over 200 employees at the time.

  • Largest Land Lease – 425 Lambs Gap Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA

Legend at Silver Creek, a national senior living residency, leased 2.16 acres of land at 425 Lambs Gap Road, Mechanicsburg. The residence offers support for independent residents, personal assistance, and specialized memory care. With over 75 personal care apartments and 20 memory care apartments, the residence also offers recreational areas, gardens, dining rooms, physical therapy rooms and daily activities. Wohlson, the general contractor, has begun work with completion scheduled for July 2023.

  • Largest Mixed-Use Project – 6295 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA

An undisclosed buyer purchased the 120,000 +/- square foot retail/office building at 6295 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, for $15,000,000 as an investment. Fully leased, the tenants include Super Shoes, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Headquarters, and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet flagship store. Prior to the sale, extensive renovations were completed including a new roof and signage.
