Inaugural Leaders in Construction & Real Estate Awards

Central Penn Business Journal has selected Larry Kostelac, Senior Vice President, Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. to receive an inaugural Leaders in Construction & Real Estate Award.

The Leaders in Construction & Real Estate Awards honor individuals and companies who are changing the landscape of the Central Pennsylvania region through design, construction, engineering, lending and innovation. The construction categories are architect, developer, engineer, general contractor, homebuilder, lender/bonding agent and subcontractor. Real estate categories are commercial real estate agents, residential real estate agents and real estate title companies.

Honorees for the Leadership in Construction & Real Estate Awards were chosen by the editorial staff of the Central Penn Business Journal.

This year’s Leaders in Construction & Real Estate recipients will be honored on Oct. 27 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Harrisburg Hershey Sheraton Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road in Harrisburg. The evening will feature an awards celebration, networking, food stations and a dessert reception.

Monica was previously an Event Coordinator for 3 years before joining CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the Director of Business and Marketing in 2021. Her extensive background in hospitality and marketing in Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley, and the Pocono Mountains allowed for an easy transition into the commercial real estate industry.

In 2016, she earned her bachelor’s degree from East Stroudsburg University. She continues her creativity outside the office with hand lettering designs and projects.

Tesla began working in real estate in 2018 specializing in the marketing of properties and general business practices. She has since obtained her real estate license and is now working as the Vice President of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Her degree in business management, prior knowledge of the market, and dedication to providing strong support reflects in her work.

When she's not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Goldendoodle. Additionally, she participates in local fundraising for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in support of her sister who was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) at a young age.

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006.

Jessica is a former Co-Chair of Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s Chamber Businesswomen, a past President of the Paxtonia Elementary School PTA, and a current member of several real estate affiliations, including the National Association of REALTORS, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS, and Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS.

Jessica was the only woman in the Philadelphia region to receive the prestigious CoStar Power Brokers Top Broker Award for Office Leasing in 2017.

Jessica also ran a record-setting campaign in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. She is an active member of the Salvation Army Harrisburg’s Women Auxiliary Group – WIN Women Involved and on the Advisory Board of “The Conference for Women”.

After completing several years of property management and development of multi-family projects, Art Campbell founded Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the President and Broker in 1984.
