North Cornwall Commons Apartments Announces Community Clubhouse
North Cornwall Commons Apartments is excited to announce the groundbreaking of our new onsite Community Clubhouse. The Clubhouse construction is set to start in late June 2023 with a completion date of early 2024.
Opening a clubhouse on site will provide tenants with the central hub they need to socialize, engage in community activities and overall feel more connected as a community. Currently North Cornwall Commons Apartments consists of two buildings with a total of 205 units. The third building is currently under construction and will grow the community with an additional 129 units. The third building will bring two new floor plans, a studio and a 3-bedroom unit in addition to 1- and 2-bedroom units that are currently offered. The estimated completion date is early 2024.
The clubhouse will offer many new and exciting features for our residents! First, it will house centralized offices for our Leasing Office and Property Manager. It will also have a golf simulator in addition to an open concept kitchen and lounge area complete with a flat screen TV, a pool table, and a gas fireplace. Outside the clubhouse will feature an open patio with a covered area situated next to a beautiful 30 ft x 50 ft swimming pool! There will also be a pavilion where residents can gather equipped with gas grills and a fire pit.
