The former Santucci’s Pizza location at 5235 Simpson Ferry Road in Mechanicsburg has been leased to a new tenant who plans to transform the space into a family restaurant.
The new lessee, Simpson Family Restaurant, LLC, is a seasoned restaurateur with successful locations already operating in other markets.

Tyler is a proud lifelong native of central Pennsylvania, graduating from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High then studying business and hospitality management at Pennsylvania State University’s Harrisburg Campus. He acquired his real estate license in 2021 and excelled in both residential and commercial real estate while finding his niche in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to real estate, Tyler had an extensive background in multiple industries including B2B sales, logistics, and high-end culinary sales.
