With Pennsylvania back to work, construction is on schedule to complete a new Hampden Township medical building later this year.
The 30,000 SF medical building located in the Good Hope Business Complex is being developed by Good Hope Ventures, constructed by COR Construction and has been fully leased by CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
JDC Pediatrics is relocating their Mechanicsburg office to 8,900 SF in the new building; the remainder will be occupied by a general family practice.
CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is also representing the owner in leasing a 10,000 SF building to be constructed in the park.
