900 Bent Creek, LLC has purchased the 10,000 square foot office building at 900 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg from SREES, LLC.
The Sellers of the Bent Creek building were represented by Laura Martin of SVN Latus, the Buyers were represented by Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc.

Monica was previously an Event Coordinator for 3 years before joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the Director of Business and Marketing in 2021. Her extensive background in hospitality and marketing in Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley and the Pocono Mountains allowed for an easy transition into the commercial real estate industry. She oversees business coordination and all the company’s marketing strategies and brand awareness.
In 2016 she earned her Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University. She continues her creativity outside the office with hand-lettering designs and projects.

Jessica obtained her Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2001 and joined Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2006.
Jessica is a former Co-Chair of Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC’s Chamber Businesswomen, a past President of the Paxtonia Elementary School PTA, and a current member of several real estate affiliations, including
