Shannon Investments, LP has purchased the property located at 802 South 16th Street in the City of Harrisburg from Sutliff Enterprises, Inc.
Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center will be leasing the 30,000 square foot office/warehouse for tire service and sales. Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center originated in Bloomsburg with one retail store in 1988 and, in addition to the recently purchased 16th Street property, has a 145,000 square foot warehouse that supports their various locations throughout Pennsylvania. The 16th Street location brings the company total to 24 locations.
Financing for the property was provided by Riverview Bank.
