Campbell Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the successful leasing of a 1,660 square foot office suite at 501 Corporate Circle in Harrisburg, which will serve as a new location for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
The Guardian Life Insurance Company, one of the nation’s leading mutual insurance companies, has been serving individuals, families, and businesses for over 160 years. The company’s new location in Harrisburg will support its growing presence in the region, alongside their hub in Bethlehem and 9 agency locations throughout Pennsylvania.
The lease transaction was facilitated by Jessica Gasper and Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Partners, who represented the landlord.
