Campbell Commercial Partners is pleased to announce the successful completion of a sealed bid sale of the West Hanover Township Municipal Building, located at 7171 Allentown Boulevard in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
The 10-acre property, which includes the existing municipal building and a cell tower, was acquired by TLS Properties, LLC. The Township of West Hanover will continue to occupy the facility while construction is underway on its new Township Administration and Public Works complex on Jonestown Road.
