Campbell Commercial Partners is proud to announce the successful leasing of 4642 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, a 28,000± square-foot office building formerly occupied by Verizon.
The new tenant, Yingst Building Group, will be relocating its operations from Smith Street to the new location. In addition to office space, the company is planning to build out a brand-new showroom.
The lease transaction was facilitated by Larry Kostelac and Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Partners, who represented both the landlord and the tenant.
