5235 Simpson Ferry Road

The former Santucci’s Pizza location at 5235 Simpson Ferry Road in Mechanicsburg has been leased to a new tenant who plans to transform the space into a family restaurant.

The new lessee, Simpson Family Restaurant, LLC, is a seasoned restaurateur with successful locations already operating in other markets.

Larry Kostelac of Campbell Commercial Partners represented the property owner in the transaction.
