5000 Louise Drive

5000 Louise Drive in Rossmoyne Business Park, Mechanicsburg sold for $4,050,000. Built in 1997 the three story, 57,000 +/- square foot building on over 10 acres was Members 1st Federal Credit Union’s corporate office. Members 1st merged employees from 5000 Louise Drive as well as three other Rossmoyne buildings into their new 175,000 +/- square foot headquarters at 5000 Marketplace Way in Enola earlier this year.

Schaedler Yesco moved into the space in June 2025.
