18 Brenneman Circle

Campbell Commercial Partners has sold 18 Brenneman Circle in Silver Spring Township.

The approximately 7,200 square foot building has been the offices of Towaway Express for over 25 years. The buyer, Proprieta York LLC, intends to continue use of the flex building as offices and storage.

Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Partners represented the seller in this transaction. Nate Resh of ROCK Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. ACNB Bank provided the financing.
