The former Friendly’s location at 3125 Market St, Camp Hill has been leased to Turning Point Restaurant. Serving award-winning breakfast, brunch, and lunch, Turning Point will be occupying the approximate 4,400 SF building. This will be the first Turning Point restaurant in Cumberland County with an anticipating opening in the summer of 2025.

Monica was previously an Event Coordinator for 3 years before joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as the Director of Business and Marketing in 2021. Her extensive background in hospitality and marketing in Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley and the Pocono Mountains allowed for an easy transition into the commercial real estate industry. She oversees business coordination and all the company’s marketing strategies and brand awareness.
In 2016 she earned her Bachelor of Science from East Stroudsburg University. She continues her creativity outside the office with hand-lettering designs and projects.

Tyler is a proud lifelong native of central Pennsylvania, graduating from Mechanicsburg Area Senior High then studying business and hospitality management at Pennsylvania State University’s Harrisburg Campus. He acquired his real estate license in 2021 and excelled in both residential and commercial real estate while finding his niche in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to real estate, Tyler had an extensive background in multiple industries including B2B sales, logistics, and high-end culinary sales.
