WSH Holdings, LLC recently acquired two properties for operations of West Shore Home. 3 Crossgates Drive, Mechanicsburg and 460 Rodi Road, Pittsburgh.
The Harrisburg area-based home improvement company will be completing extensive renovations to both properties.
3 Crossgates Drive is a 55,000 SQ FT office building that will serve as the company’s headquarters and operations center for over 200 employees.
Rodi Road is a multi-use property that will serve as office, showroom and warehouse for the Pittsburgh operations.
West Shore Home is a recognized leader in the use of technology and business systems within the home improvement industry. From its beginnings in Central Pennsylvania in 2006, West Shore Home now has operations in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, making it the largest bathroom remodeler in the nation and one of the top five largest home remodeling companies in the country.
