CAMPBELL sells last remaining lot for The United Methodist Home for Children, Inc.
CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has sold the last available parcel on Simpson Ferry Road, Mechanicsburg. The 1.69 acre parcel was part of a larger commercial tract that has been subdivided and sold over the past several years. Adjacent businesses included West Shore Window & Door, Metro Bank, Tracks End Restaurant, Dollar General, Classic Cleaners, Brown’s Auto and Advanced Auto Parts.
The land has been subdivided into two parcels. William Werzyn, Jr. has purchased .7 acres and plans to develop the land as additional parking for West Shore Window & Door. The remaining .99 acres is being developed and a new self-service car wash will be constructed.
