Asset Strategy Retirement Plan Consultants has leased 1,200 +/- square feet of office space at 4720 Gettysburg Road, Mechanicsburg, from Old Gettysburg Associates, II.

Asset Strategy Retirement Plan Consultants is a locally owned firm specializing in investment advisory, retirement plan consulting, and employee educational services for employer sponsored retirement plans.  The company has operated in the Harrisburg area since 2003.  Its founder, Clark Frese, was a co-owner of Alliance Benefit Group, a third party administrator for retirement plans, which was purchased by Invesmart in June of 2000.  Asset Strategy Retirement Plan Consultants also employs Stacy Heistand and Neil Moody.  Stacy serves as a Senior Consultant to the firm working with clients in the areas of investment selection, plan design, fiduciary consulting, and employee education needs.  Neil works for the company as a Senior Analyst providing services in the areas of third-party administration analysis, technology, and plan conversions.

2011 News:

Lower Allen Township has transferred ownership of the old Municipal Building located at 1993 Hummel Avenue to Lower Allen Development Authority.

The Authority is continuing to market the 18,000 +/- Sq. Ft. building for sale with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc., who will not have to use a bidding process that was previously required.

In addition, the building is now partially occupied by three new entities.

Keystone Photography has opened a studio, Respect Ambulance has leased offices and The Edge Church is occupying offices and the building's large meeting room.
