Hang Tran has leased 1,200 +/- sq. ft. of retail space at One Lemoyne Square Plaza, Lemoyne from Lemoyne Square Plaza Properties to operate The Mani & Pedi Spa, which will specialize in professional nail and skin care, and eyelash extension.

Art Campbell of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, and Bo Mangam of Commercial Realty Group, Inc. represented the Tenant in the transaction.

2010 News:

Pinnacle Health Medical Services has leased 11,500 +/- square feet of medical office space from Waterford Med Partners, LP.

A.P. Williams is constructing the 23,000 +/- sq. ft. two story building in the Waterford Business Center on the Carlisle Pike near Cumberland Valley High School.

Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. handled the transaction and is the leasing agent for the building.

Notable Grounds Acquisitions Holdings, LP has purchased the 5,000 +/- sq. ft. office building at 52 Gettysburg Pike in Upper Allen Township.

The building will be used as a business office for Client Solution Architects, LLC (CSA) a NJ-based company.  CSA is a professional services firm providing strategic guidance and operational performance solutions to government and commercial clients.  CSA helps clients achieve their goals by enhancing organizational performance and maximizing return on investments.  The firm focuses on helping clients plan and execute processes associated with Project and Portfolio Management, Acquistion and Program Management, Contracts Management, Business and Financial Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization and Business Intelligence and Analytics Services.  The firm delivers services by combining deep process expertise with strong program management disciplines, analytics and a focus on performance results.

Eichelbergers Energy Company, LLC (EECO) has leased 5,400 +/- sq. ft. of retail space at 6427 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg.

EECO is an alternative energy supplier of wind, solar, solar-thermal, and geothermal products and services.  EECO will be opening "Your Alternative Energy Store" at this location in late September.  They will be moving from their current offices at 107 Texaco Road.

EECO, LLC is a wholly owned subsidary of Eichelbergers Inc., which has been in business since 1946.

Harrisburg - July 2010 - The Clark Group, a printed materials distributor, has leased 252,000 square feet at 300 Quality Circle at the Blue Mountain Logistics Park in Harrisburg, PA.
