Patel Properties, LLC has purchased the 39,600 square foot office building at 1135 E. Chocolate Avenue from Verizon North, Inc.
American Dental Care, LLC will be renovating and occupying space on the first floor of the building. American Dental Care is a subsidiary of American Dental Concepts, which has 16 offices in three states.
Art Campell and Derek Bicksler of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and Nancy Niehoff of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the Seller. Joe Gallo of ReMax at Hershey represented the Buyer.
