2009 News:

Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc.  announced that Motel Sleepers, Inc. of Little Rock, Arkansas has purchased a 2.11 acre site at Arthur Avenue in Lower Allen Township from United Methodist Home for Children, Inc. 

Motel Sleepers, Inc. will immediately begin construction of a 70 room hotel and restaurant.  Construction began September 4th, 2009 and is projected to be complete within 6 months.  The site will include the 70 room hotel, which will be utilized by private industry only, and also a 24/7 Diner Style Restaurant that will be open to the public.  The restaurant will feature home style cooking with daily specials that are certain to appeal to the appetites of every age, including fares for both the health food nut and those desiring some of grandma's good ol' comfort food.

The parcel purchased by Motel Sleepers, Inc. is part of a 15.5 acre development that has 6 lots remaining.  Other businesses within the development include Auto Zone, Dollar General, Commerce Bank and Thomas E. Brown Auto Body Shop.  There is also a Weis store adjoining the property.

Eastern PCM has leased 5,000 square feet of office space at 645 N. 12th Street in Lemoyne Borough from Szeles Real Estate Development Company, L.P.

Eastern PCM, LLC provides professional Program & Construction Management services to Higher Education and Healthcare clients in the Mid Atlantic region.

2009 News:

Cumberland Valley School District has retained CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. to handle the sale of the building previously used as Shaull Elementary School.  The 51,000 sq. ft. building is on over 11 acres and borders Rt. 81 and Good Hope Road in Hampden Township.

Art Campbell, President of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, indicated the property, which is zoned OP - Office Park, is in very good condition and adaptable to a large number of uses.  The school was renovated and expanded in the early 1990's, but the district had outgrown the building and a new school was built and opened in 2008 at 1 Shaull Drive in Enola.

Patel Properties, LLC has purchased the 39,600 square foot office building at 1135 E. Chocolate Avenue from Verizon North, Inc.

American Dental Care, LLC will be renovating and occupying space on the first floor of the building.  American Dental Care is a subsidiary of American Dental Concepts, which has 16 offices in three states.

Ebersole Property Management, LLC has purchased the 1,200 sq. ft. office condominium at 220 Cumberland Parkway, Unit 8, in Upper Allen Township.

The office will be used by Computer Development Systems, LLC, a 12 year old Information Technology Company, to conduct their daily business operations, which include Technical Support, Software & Website Design, Website & Email Hosting, Hardware & Software Sales, and IT Consulting Services to both public and private sectors.

2009 News:

CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has sold the VFW building on Hummel Avenue, Lemoyne, to Robert and Kathy Kuhn.

Built in 1995, the building was home to VFW Post 7530 until 2007, when the post built a new, larger facility at 4545 Westport Drive, Lower Allen Township.
