Derek Bicksler of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and Stephanie Molloy of Cushman & Wakefield of Minnesota, Inc. represented the tenant in the leasing of 839 sq. ft. of office space at 6 Kacey Court in Upper Allen Township.

Roy Brenner and Tom Posavec of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the Landlord.

2008 News:

Art Campbell and Derek Bicksler of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented Duquesne University in the sale of a 13,000 sq. ft. building at 1007 Mumma Road in Wormleysburg, Cumberland County.

The Buyer, 1007 Mumma Road, LLC, was represented by Jamie Pascotti & Todd Decker of Realty Management, Inc.

Close to downtown Harrisburg, the two-story, first-class building has one floor available for lease and one floor occupied by Global Data, who will be ramining as a tenant.

2008 News:

CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has been retained as leasing agent for The Palmyra Business Center at 320 N. College Street in Palmyra.  The center has various size industrial flex spaces available.

Corporate University Xchange (CorpU) has leased 5,240 sq. ft. of office space at 4900 Ritter Road in Rossmoyne Business Park from Keystone Lemoyne Partners, LP. 

Founded in 1997, CorpU is the leading provider of corporate university research, benchmarking, and advisory services for helping organizations transform corporate learning.

2008 News:

Lone Oak Properties, LLC has purchased a 14,000 square foot commercial building at 4359 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, from John and Sylvia Bowers.

The property is occupied by American Westech, Inc. which provides environmental consulting, training and laboratory services.

Andrew L. Lick of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. handled the transaction.

2008 News:

50 Market Street, LLC has purchased the property at 50 Market Street in Lemoyne.  The large paved area adjacent to the building will be used as additional parking for Rock Bass Grill and Dockside Willie's.  The 5,000 + sq. ft. flex building will be renovated and leased.

2008 News:

After offering Hummel Avenue for sale using a bid process required by the PA First Class Township Code, Lower Allen Township has authorized CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. to seek proposals to lease all or a portion of the 18,000 SF building.

Art Campbell of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is optimistic that tenants can be found.  "The building's layout makes it ideal for multiple users seeking office or small warehouse space," said Campbell.  This building is zoned Industrial / Commercial which allows many uses including office, warehouse, manufacturing, and most commercial uses.

The property was vacated in July when Lower Allen Township completed its new municipal center at 2233 Gettysburg Road.

2008 News:

M. M. A. Management has leased 1,000 square feet of office space at 160 S. Progress Avenue from Mike Murphy Rentals.  M. M. A. is a New Jersey based fragrance distributor that will be expanding its management operations in the Harrisburg area.

2008 News:

The Playhouse Cafe LLC has leased 3,940 square feet from Lemoyne Square Plaza Partners at One Lemoyne Square.  The Playhouse Cafe will feature coffee, food and a children's play area ideal for working parents and their families.
