2007 News:

The Department of Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States recently moved the State Headquarters to 4002 Fenton Avenue in Harrisburg and has sold their previous headquarter at 201 N. Front Street in Harrisburg to the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA).

2007 News:

The Department of Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars has purchased the 10,640 square foot building at 4002 Fenton Avenue in Lower Paxton Township. With 125,000members, the Department of Pennsylvania Veterans of Foreign Wars is the largest state organization within the national veterans of Foreign Wars. The Department provides important legislative advocacy for veterans, critical services that connect veterans with benefits and services, an array of communications, military support projects and community support programs that help local posts serve their neighborhoods.

CSC Properties, LLC has purchased the office building at 1847 Center Street in East Pennsboro Township.

The Seller and current occupant is the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®, who will be relocating to a building recently purchased by the Association at 424 N. Enola Drive.

Community Bank NA has opened a new branch at the Meadows Marketplace on Rt. 39 in Derry Township. The 95,000 square foot center, anchored by Giant, is owned by Cedar Shopping Centers.

The Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® has purchased the 11,000 square foot building at 424 N. Enola Drive East Pennsboro Township from Lynn’s Market Incorporated.

The Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS®, established in 1916, represents 1,700 REALTORS® in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry Counties who adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. ProLogis has leased 3,800 square feet of office space at 4900 Ritter Road in the Rossmoyne Business Center.

Fernwood Office Complex in Camp Hill has leased 2,500 square feet of office space to Barton & Loguidice, P.C.

Art Campbell and Derek Bicksler of CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. sold 20 Erford Rd. in East Pennsboro Township.

This 60,000 square foot office building with attached 150-car parking garage has been purchased by Linlo Properties IV, LP.

20 Erford Rd., the former Headquarters of The Pennsylvania Medical Society, was owned by 20 Erford Road Associates, whose principals had purchased and renovated the building for use as a multi-tenanted office building. Ideally suited for small users desiring a visible location convenient to Downtown Harrisburg, the building is 100% occupied.

2007 News:

Insite Develoment LLC has purchased 2.4 commercial acres in Cumberland Technology Park from Mt. Zion Associates, LP. The site at the entrance to the business park will be developed with a 120-room suite hotel. Two commercial lots of 1.2 and 6.4 acres remain for development at the Park’s entrance.

Art and Adam Campbell of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the parties in the transaction. Mt. Zion and Campbell Commercial are also working with several other users for construction of build-to-suit offices and are finalizing a design for an office condominium.

The condominium will allow individual office users to buy units from 2,500 to 45,000 square feet. Cumberland Technology Park, located at the Wertzville Road Exit off Interstate 81 in Cumberland County, is home to companies including IBM, Patriot News, Pinnacle Health Systems, Delta Development and Hoover Rehabilitation. The hotel is anticipated to begin construction this summer with an opening projected in the first quarter of 2008.
