Andrew S. McCreath & Son, Inc. has purchased the 24,000 square foot office and warehouse building at 1649 Bobali Drive in Swatara Township. Andrew S. McCreath & Son, Inc. is an accredited commercial chemical laboratory. Their primary business is the sampling and analysis of ores, ferro alloys and minerals. The current laboratory is located in Harrisburg, PA, while sampling/inspection personnel are located along the Gulf of Mexico, the East Coast, and Great Lakes of the United States. McCreath also samples/inspects in Canada, Mexico, the Baltics and many other areas. McCreath samples and analyzes more ferro alloys in the USA than any other commercial laboratory. The company will be moving into the Bobali Drive building after completing renovations. The sale was handled by Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
