The approximately 55,560 square foot property at 1501-1515 S. 19th Street has sold to SD Harrisburg South LP. Already home to Heavy Duty Parts and The Crosby Group, SD Harrisburg South is keeping the existing lessees in place and will be developing a climate controlled storage facility in the remaining space. Adam Campbell of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. handled both sides of the transaction.
