The Meadows at Watsontown is the new name of Spring Lake Village Mobile Home Park, located in Delaware Township in Northumberland, PA. The 130 unit park was recently sold to Meadows of Watsontown, LLC. The park has had recent utility upgrades and will continue to see landscaping and site improvements under the new owners. New homes for sale will be added to the park and expansion of the park is anticipated over the next few years. The new owners have manufactured housing communities from Pittsburgh, PA to Daytona, FL., and intend to bring The Meadows up to the standard of their other communities.
Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. handled the sale of the park.
