Art Campbell of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has sold the 24,000 square foot office building at 1011 Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, PA to 1011 Associates LLC. The building tenants Dryden Advisory, Tax Matrix and Policy Studies Inc. will all be remaining in the building. The law firm of Cipriani and Werner will be relocating their Harrisburg offices to the building in May after completing renovations.
