29 Years at the Forefront of Central Pennsylvania Real Estate
Since 1984, CAMPBELL Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has maintained its focus on client objectives, education and specialization. This is what enables CAMPBELL to handle many of the area’s largest transactions while maintaining the ongoing trust of its clientele. While the firm is small by design, it’s big on productivity. Campbell often has the highest per-person production of any mid-state firm.
Art Campbell, the firm’s President, has been in the real estate business for 38 years, and his background in property management, development and commercial brokerage provides the experience necessary to assist in all types of transactions. But most importantly, Campbell stands behind personalized service and representation. In addition to several Top Producer Awards, Art Campbell has received the Greater Harrisburg Association “Realtor of the Year” and “Professional Merit Award.”
“We tend to be involved with the majority of our clients for long terms.” he says. “Many of the clients we represented 29 years ago are still doing transactions with us today.”
CAMPBELL’s repeat business comes from serving its client base with information on the market, buildings, land development, consulting, valuation, financing and much more. Art Campbell has taught “Key Elements of Commercial and Investment Transactions”, “Understanding a Commercial Appraisal” and “Market Trends and Legislation Impacting Appraisals, Financing and Sales of Commercial Properties” for licensees’ and appraisers continuing education through the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS.
Art Campbell has provided expert testimony in US Federal Bankruptcy Court, as well as Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin and York County Courts.
Recently, CAMPBELL has completed transactions involving Subway, Capital Blue Cross, Cumberland County Tax Bureau, Harrisburg Area Community College, Journal Publications, Szeles Real Estate and Development, Crabtree Rohrbaugh Architects, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Susquehanna bank, Smith Land and Development Corporation, C.V. School District and Lower Allen Township, which are just a few of the area’s recognizable companies and institutions working with CAMPBELL.
CAMPBELL recognizes that the company’s success also comes with a responsibility to pay back to the community. The firm and its individuals have been involved with many organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, United Methodist Home for Children and The Center for Independent Living. Art Campbell is the past president and has been an officer or committee member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS Foundation for over 20 years and has organized and chaired many of its fundraising events.
